Text Box: GOAL Closing a commercial real estate mortgage loan can be difficult, frustrating, and very confusing.  Financing sources range from Main Street to Wall Street.  Without knowing the inner workings of securitization, rating agencies, credit committees, and capital markets, the task can seem impossible.  As a seasoned lending professional, my job is to walk the borrower through the process from initial loan sizing to loan closing.  It is our job to anticipate the unexpected, resolve all issues quickly, and get the loan closed as promised.
